ROUTE 66

Route 66 Band was formed in January 2004 which kicked off the first big gig at the South Tweed Sports Club. The band is known as a country rock band with a flavour from the 50s—2000s  rock to modern up tempo country music and a touch of rockabilly. The band has introduced good uptempo country music & rockabilly into their repitior as the rock’n’roll clubs have found out that country music has a great beat for the dancers. The band has performed at most major Clubs and Venues throughout Southern Queensland & Northern NSW. Music festivals,Wintersun, Cooly Rocks On, Gympie Muster. Broadbeach Country Music Festival.
