Mortlach
12YO Single Malt Whisky

This is a 12 year old single malt produced at the Mortlach distillery in Speyside, unveiled recently as part of a trio including a 16YO & 20YO. This particular expression features the subtitle The Wee Witchie, which comes from the name of the tiny still that distils a portion of the whisky. It’s drawn from bourbon and sherry casks, and packs a hearty punch of meaty Mortlachy malt at its core, supported by dried fruit and toffee notes.

The nose is rich in toasted almond, cinder toffee and heavy barley. The palate displays warming oak and soft raisins, with a bit of olive oil salinity mixed in and lingering citrus oils cutting through on the finish.

White Oak Blue

A blended whisky reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (American Oak) around 5 years, aged in bourbon cask before finishing in sherry casks for 2 years.

White Oak Akashi was founded in 1888 on the site of Eigashima in the city of Akashi. White Oak distillery was the first in Japan to obtain the license of distilled spirits in 1919 and according to legend would consequently be the first to distill whisky. Production remained traditional and reserved for the Japanese market until 1984 with the construction of a new distillery specially dedicated to the distillation of whisky. Located near the sea, and the city of Kobe, the distillery is enjoying a mild and stable climate. Today White Oak produces single malt in small quantities, but increasing quality.

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Aberlour Casg Annamh is a single batch single malt sourced exclusively from the Speyside region. A blend of whiskies between 5 and 25 years old, 3-4 limited release batches are displayed each year, each bottle displaying the batch number, Maturation takes place in American oak and sherry casks, the resulting flavour profile offers toffee, dried fruit notes and mixed spice.

The Baron Samedi Spiced Rum is a carefully crafted, supernatural spirit. Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Cuban Rum

Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Rum is the result of three stages of ageing. Firstly, liquors are aged for at least 4 years before being blended into the base rums. Base rums are distilled from cane sugar and ages for 3, 7 or 25 years. This new 15-year-old rum is further barrel aged, rounding out the profile.

Stolen’s distillation and ageing process for this rum takes place in the Caribbean where it matures in ex-American whiskey oak barrels for a minimum of two years, before it is carefully blended by hand. Stolen then blend this rum with 100% all natural spices and oils, a method used in their handcrafted tincture based approach. Stolen have sourced the best tinctures of each ingredient from around the world including Fenugreek from Morocco, Vanilla Bean from Madagascar, Arabica Coffee Beans from Colombia and Smoke from American Hardwood.
