Customer Service Hosts

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Hosts. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, delivering outstanding service, upselling memberships, promoting activities, and ensuring a memorable first impression as they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanour.
  • Inform visitors about the benefits of membership and actively promote membership conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with club entry requirements and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately, ensuring guests feel valued and supported.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, self-motivated individual with a strong customer service focus.
  • Experience working in a membership-based, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage with people from all walks of life.
  • Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends.
  • NSW RSA and RCG certifications (required).
  • Right to work in Australia.

What we need:

  • Holds a current NSW RSA and RCG (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well both independently and with a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Basic understanding of gaming operations, or willingness to learn.
  • Values teamwork
