Community Choice is a donation program that gives local communities a direct say in where Twinnies Gives funding goes. Every quarter, three local community groups or projects are selected from a pool of eligible applicants to participate in a public vote at Club Banora. The project with the most votes receives $3,000, while the two runners-up each receive $500.

How It Works

 1. Apply

Tell us about your organisation, project or initiative and how funding would make a positive difference in the community.

 2. Eligibility Assessment

Applications are reviewed to ensure they meet the Community Choice eligibility requirements and terms and conditions. Eligible applications may then be approved and added to the applicant pool.

Approval into this pool does not guarantee your organisation will be selected for a future round.

3. Selection for a Community Choice Round

Selection is at the sole discretion of Twinnies Gives and may not occur in the order applications are received or approved. If your organisation is selected, you will be contacted with further information.

4. Community Voting

Selected organisations are encouraged to promote their projects and rally community support. During the voting period, members and visitors to Club Banora are invited to vote for their favourite project.

At the conclusion of voting, the project with the most votes receives $3,000, while the two runners-up each receive $500.
