Enjoy a spectacular afternoon and evening of music, entertainment and family fun when Club Banora brings the community together for a free pre-Christmas celebration! From the stirring sounds of a string ensemble to kids’ entertainment, giveaways and a dazzling fireworks finale, there’s something for every generation to enjoy. From 6.30pm NSW, the Northern Rivers Symphony Orchestra’s Chamber Orchestra performs some of the world’s best-loved music, along with a few carols to add a little Christmas cheer. Bring your picnic blankets, fold-up chairs and an esky if you like and relax on the grassy area adjacent to the Club. Byron Bay’s superstar DJ Shorty Brown will get the party started from 3.30pm NSW, spinning the kids’ favourite dance hits and giving away prizes. Twinnies Gives mascot, Candoo the Cockatoo, will swoop by the Club, with some surprises and giveaways. There’ll be a free Schweppes soft drink or Slushee for the kids and meals, drinks and snacks will be available from Slice and Fork. From 6pm NSW, The Hodads will have the good times rolling inside the Club. At 8pm NSW, it’s time for the grand finale! A fireworks display will light up the sky over Club Banora in a dazzling celebration for the whole community. Bring the kids, invite the grandparents, round up your friends and neighbours and make an afternoon and evening of it. It’s the perfect way for our community to celebrate the start of the festive season, together!
